Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the earliest time I can check in?
4pm is the earliest but you can arrive earlier and park then have a wander down to the village.
2. How is the hot tub eco friendly?
Our hot tub is heated by an efficient air source heat pump which uses very little electricity and the electricity is produced from renewable sources. The hot tub and lid is insulated which retains the heat of the water. The heat pump thermostat only kicks in when the water drops below the set temperature and so very little energy is required. The water, when emptying the tub, is used for cleaning the deck, cleaning outside furniture and watering plants and garden.
3. Do you allow pets?
No. The cottage is not suitable for pets and the gardens are not secure. Also, livestock are often in the adjacent field.
